Jeremy's primary area of Practice is commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Additionally, he is well experienced in contracts, leases, homeowners associations, horizontal property regimes, restrictive covenants, easements and other legal documentation related to real estate.  Jeremy also has handled commercial and residential foreclosure cases, as well as estate planning and probate.  Jeremy was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 2001, and has been with Harrell & Martin, P.A. since passing the bar.  He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association.  Jeremy is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina-Upstate, where he was on a soccer scholarship.  He is an active member of Chapin Presbyterian Church.
