Trey is the founding member of Harrell & Martin, P.A.  He attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 1993.  Trey received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina in 1990.  He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Lexington County Bar Association, the Columbia Home Builder's Association, the Chapin Chamber of Commerce (former board member), and Lake Murray Presbyterian Church where he is an Elder, has served two terms on Session, and taught Sunday School.
